Sveas kålpudding

                                                                                  räcker till 4 pers , och blir över ,
                                                                                  ugnen 175 gr

                                                                                  Fram med järngryta , stekjärn och en bunke

                                                                                  Bryn i järngrytan ( med margarin/olja)
                                                          1 kg vitkål   strimlad/hackad
                                                                                 låt bryna 20-25 min så att den mjuknar,
                                                                                 rör om ofta , så det inte bränns vid ,
                                                                                 ringla i 
2 msk sirap vid slutet av
                                                                                 bryningen,

                                                                                Stekjärnet fram !
                                                         1 stor gul lök , grovhackad, brynes glansig,

                                                                                 Nu fram med en bunke i vilken du blandar:
           
                                                600 gr fläskfärs
                                                         den glansbrynta löken
                                                         2 ägg
                                                         2 tsk salt
                                                         1 msk kryddpeppar
                                                         1 tsk sambal oelek
                                                         1 msk söt chilisås
                                                         2 tsk strösocker
                                                         2 tsk soja och
                                                         1 dl vatten

                                                                                Häll över färsblandningen
                                                                                i järngrytan med kål och blanda ,

                                                                                sen över i 2 smörade eldfasta formar                                     
                                                                                in i ugnen ca 50 min

                                                                                potatis med passande sås, lingon ,
                                                                                rivna morötter,  tinade gröna ärtor,
